Um..Hey
I was just wondering...how do you know when a you are ready for a clean one. Because it's not like u can pull it out & if its nor ready put it back in?
Also is their any risk in leaving a tampon n for 4 hours or so? Thanks

well mine usually leak, so i wear a pantie liner with it. That way it desntget on anything when it leaks. Otherwise you just have to pull t out when you think itsbeen i for a while and get a new one. And i dont think there are an risk in leaving them in for four hours, bcause youu can sleep in them.
