Hello. I'm 24 year old and just recently I have decided to change something in my life. Literally, I'm having problems with being overweight since the day I was born. This has started to interfere with my normal life and everyday activities.
So, just recently I started with one good diet that my friend recommended me. I also started with aerobic classes and I'm very satisfied with the effects but everything is happening so slowly. I know that these effects can't occur over night but, is there something I could use to speed up a bit these changes and weight loss?
