| Lately, I've been noticing thick brown disharge in my underwear. I have had sex, but I used condoms. I'm not on birth control either. What is this? I'm nervous, so someone please help me. |

Oh well, you just need to give more facts. When is your period due? If the brown discharge occurred in the middle of your cycle, then it could be some spotting that is the result of the ovulation which happens in the middle of your cycle. Has this happened to you before or this is just the first time it is happening and you are worried what could this be. If this brown discharge occurs a few days after your period, it could just be some old blood that still hasn’t left the uterus and is a bit late, so in this case you should not be worried.
If you feel some burning or itching in your vagina, you should immediately go see your gynecologist, there could be some vaginal infections involved, a pap smear could be recommended, to determine vaginal wart presence.
You should be precise about the time when you received this vaginal discharge, as the answer depends on the time when you got it. It would be helpful to come back here with more info about this problem you have, I guess you’d get a more concrete answer. |
