My ejaculation used to have more force coming out, and be a thinner, lighter substance. Now it's considerably thicker and, though it's still a considerable amount, it seems to kinda dribble or bubble out. Is there anything I can do to change this?

Usually if I hold off my ejaculation for as long as possible(till I literally cant hold it anymore) I get a blasting ejaculation. V.s Just going when its ready. Hold off -blow off. Hommie
