Thickened uterine lining

I had ultrasound done few days ago because severe pain in low stomach and irregular periods that had during last few months. I have thickened uterine lining. Does anyone know if that is sign of malignancy? Gyn told me that it might be a polyp. I’m scheduled for more exams but am terrified it might be tumour. Please post.

It absolutely does not have to mean that Thickened uterine lining is sign of malignant tumour. Because I also have it and it is due to fibroids. I’ve started with hormonal therapy 2 months ago and have lab checks every 2 weeks. As I know, polyps are rarely malignant. Be patient to wait for the rest of your results.
