Things I do before leaving the house

Hi, I am 42 years old female and I use to do some things for several times before I leave my house. I am checking if I had locked the door, turn off the lights or closed the windows for several times. No matter how many times I do that I always feel some sort of fear that I will forget something. I would like to know if it may be some OCD disorder.

Hi, we are always doing such things and I think it is quite normal. I also check same thing for several times just to be sure that I have don it properly. If you are afraid of some possible OCD disorder I suggest you to talk with your psychiatrist because only he can make proper evaluation.
