Thinking About Applying For Disability

I am thinking about applying for disability. I was seriously injured in car accident and am not able to have normal working hour or maybe I won’t be able to work at all who knows. Anyway is there anyone ho might give me some advice about how actually I can apply for disability. Thanks.
