Thinking I am pregnant, I could use the HELP

Okay my spouse ejaculated in me and both him and I thought I was done my period, but surprise, surprise I had it. I am on the birth control pill but this is the week where I am off it for 7 days. So my question is, even though I am off the pill for the 7 day rest stage, am I still protected and also because I did have my period at the time, does that increase any type of risk? Should I be concerned?
