| ive been having these dull pains in my lower abdomen for about 2 1/2 months now...cuse im scared to go to the doctor as my worst fear is having to get surgery......i also have had ALOT of heavy discharge and during my periods ( which come normaly ) i have really really dark, almost black blood....and the only time my period really really hurts is like for the 1st 2 days...then the cramps go away......i hear that ovarian cysts usualy go away within 1-3 months.............HELPPPPPP I NEED answers...im scaredd...Do i have some kinda of infection? |

It could also be an infection, or pelvic inflammatory disease from untreated infection, it could be endometriosis, ovarian cysts, etc...
Although cysts usually go away within three months, there are different types of cysts and some may even persist, fill up with blood and threaten to burst.
This could be life threatening.
I would advise you to get an appointment right away and have this checked. |
