Thoracic Meningioma need information

I had this surgery about 4 weeks ago and I am still very weak and in pain. But the pain is now different it is where it was removed and it feels like almost like a stabbing pain at the surgery site I'm suppose to return to work next week, but I feel weak and can't seat very long but this is what my job is. I do better if I walk, seat, or even stand for about 3 hours then lay down or recline. I guess my question is how long before I feel like normal after this surgery? Anyone had this and what was your down time and how long before you felt like doing things again?

How are you doing after your surgery now? I was just diagnosed with one. Thanks

Swipper, I'm due to have surgery for TOS. My dr. says total recovery time is up to 18 mos. I'm terrified to have it done but pray it will fix the problem. Good luck to you, I hope all goes well.
