4 to 6 weeks pregnant and having black tissue and discharge from the vagina I have no red or pink bleeding or discharge and my breasts are still really tender.. Does this mean I am going to miscarry?

That is not a good sign.

I would advise you tog et to a doctor ASAP.

Miscarriages NEED meidcal attention, even though they can occur naturally, medical attention prevents FUTURE problems.
