Three weeks after gallbladder removal and I fell

I had my surgery about three weeks ago and was fine (no pain at all). But two days ago I slipped and fell on my bed directly on my stomach and then bounced off and fell to the floor again directly on my stomach. The cut inside my bellybutton bleed for a little bit but now it hurts so much as you can imagine. My whole belly button area is swollen and when I press it it feels bloated and hard. Are there any serious consquences to my fall?
