Threelac helping people with AIDS?

What can you tell me about the use of Threelac for people that suffer from AIDS? Unfortunately, a friend of mine suffers from this condition (luckily, the virus is still dormant) so the list of medications he uses is still not long. So, I am not sure what is the role of Threelac here, although I heard that AIDS patients use it…

AIDS is all about destroying the patient’s immune system, so when the mild cold attacks, that could be fatal for that patient. With this said, you realize that AIDS patients actually have problems with standard conditions, which are much more dangerous to them than to the rest of the population. So, all sorts of infections might affect them easily, and Threelac is used to deal with Candida (yeast) infection.
