Throat Irritation cough and vomit

Hi I have been having this throat irritation problem for a few months now and if I have eaten I will even vomot it all out after my cough. I feel fine - no flu. I live in Malaysia weather is humid, I am a stay at home mom leading a stress free life.
Is there something I should take ? why am I getting this cough ? It is worse at night when I go to sleep.
Please tell me what to do

I too have a cough that leads to vomit if I have eaten. I have been to many Doctors and no one can tell me anything. they keep telling me its from acid reflux. I have been on meds for acid reflux for two years and my cough continues. The cough comes and goes....usually while I am eating and crunchy things really bother me. but even when I am not eating a coughing attack will hit and the cough is so bad it makes my eyes water and always spit up. it very embarassing. I always have to carry tissuse with me. You would think someone could tell me something. I dont think its from acid reflux. I have had a scope and they told me my acid reflux is not severe enough for surgery so then why do they say the cough is from this. I quess this is why they call it a PRACTICE. Please any one help me. I'm so desperate I'll try anything to feel normal again. I have never had any medical issues before this.
