Hi ppls i got this sensation of a lump in my throat but i cannot feel any knew growths on my neck just the sensations also eating and drinkin isnt an issue noir is swallowing or breathing just feels tight and gets tighter when i get excited wondered should i be worried?

for the past 2 months i have had the exact same symptoms. lump in throat,tightness in neck. i have had soft tissue x-rays(which showed nothing) and a barium swallow which showed tertiary type contractions in the esophagus,but that did not explain the other symptoms. my famliy doctor has prescribed me xanax temporarily which seems to help alot.
have you had any luck getting an explanation as to what is causeing these symptoms?
