Hi, I have a horrible feeling that my tongue is so swollen its filling my throat up and making me choke. My tongue feels too big and when I am asleep it makes me choke, its like the walls of my throat touch each other and that makes me choke.

Has anyone heard of this?

Yes, its caused by anxiety. i can't even eat it's so bad.
