Hello
I’ m a woman of 38, living in Pt.. I found this site, and I would like do know if there are anyone with my problem, that is:
For 2 and a half years now I fell a very bad sensation in my throat, 24 hours a day, always (sensation of something in the throat, mostly). Sometimes it’s a big constriction/pressure all over the neck/throat, others I feel as if throat had been cut on middle, like a karate punch; sometimes it seems that something is stuck in my throat, but I do not need to clear my throat often, as I read in this site with some cases (I don’t have tonsils); others I feel as if the laringe was moving up, or something like that; also throat very dry (throat, not mouth). It gets a little better when I heat, but returns quickly.
I have been treated with all kinds of medication, including Nexium and Omeprazole two times a day these reflux medications made me have heartburn); allergies meds; sinusite meds; voice therapy, valium, seroxat, remeron and other medication for ansiety, but I am almost sure that this as nothing to do with that (psychological/habit), this is so real, so persistent…
The worst is that I don’t’ have answers, no medicine seems to work, doctors don’t know what the problem is!!!! I’m suffering!!
