Thrombosed Hemmorrhoid removed. Time til swelling goes down?

I just had a clot removal.

The pain is gone, but the hemmorrhoid still pretty much looks the same, it's all puffed up and spongey, leaking blood. How long does it take for the swelling to go?

I JUST HAD 2 REMOVED AS WELL. HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR THE PAIN TO STOP AFTERWARD? I HAD THE SURGERY MONDAY,,,ITS THURSDAY AND STILL VERY SORE.

I was reading your post and I have a similar problem. I had the clot removed on Sunday... now it is Tuesday and it still looks the same, and still hurts. Did your go away on its own? How long did it take?
