Hello, can you help me with my health problem? I am 33 years old and it seems that I am having problem with pollen allergies. I did not realize this before, simply because I lived in an apartment, far from parks and plants. Anyway, I have breathing problems in the spring now. And I wonder if Thyme can be used to help the respiratory system, especially breathing?

Well, you have heard right about that plant. Thyme is actually a combination of several plants that might help people with respiratory problems. Still, it might not be a good idea to start from there. Perhaps a visit to a doctor would be in place, just to determine the severity of your breathing issues. Perhaps the herbs will be enough, but perhaps some meds are also needed.
