I'm a just-gone 14 year old male, uncircumcised. I have only ever been able to pull back my foreskin about 2 centimetres. I have read up on stuff regarding this but I haven't heard anything specifically referring to a similar problem to mine.

So, firstly, I would like to know if it is a specific problem at my point in puberty, and secondly, if neccessary, if there is any efficient and known to work 'cure' with the exception of circumcision.

I could never pull mine back until i reached puberty, so i'd wait for that before worrying too much.
