Hi,
I have a really tight foreskin. After unprotected sex with my gf, I've noticed a build up of smegma on/around my penis head. Why is this? It is also itchy. What can be done to solve it?

As my foreskin is tight, my head is way sensitive. It really hurts if i touch it. What can I do??

Please help!!!!
