Tight foreskin and sensitive head....am I in trouble? :/

Hey guys.

I understand you must all be sick to death of people asking this, but i really could use advice.
I am 13 and 14 in july, i have only just found out about pulling your foreskin back...
i have read some of the threads and googled it A LOT, I have tried pulling my foreskin back (both erect and un erect) and it doesn't go all the way back (especially when erected) and when i try to pull it back they head is SO sensitive that it sort of hurts Sad

When it is just in the day (not straight after a shower) it feels really dry inside the foreskin after i try to pull it back....please may someone give me advice? Thanks so much Smile

try pulling it a little at a time then try it again when u get hard it takes time but it should hurt less because you are young

i did it a little at a time.. it took me like 4 times thou.. the first time was rather fast (don't reccomend) and on accident while i was *ahem* "experimenting"... the next two times were still kinda weird.. but a little more intentionall. So basically, don't force it off, you might hurt yourself...
