hello everyone, thanks for opening this topic
i am 16, going on 17 in a while. i suffered what was called 'phymosis' ,i.e. i coud not retract my foreskin over the penis glans. i went to see a general practicioner about the problem an he forwarded me to a urologist.
when at the appointment with the urologist he, for the first time ever, managed to get my foreskin completley over the head of my penis.
he told me to practice stretching when in the shower, although when i do, there is a very, VERY tight ring of skin just beyond the head.
the urologist asked me was i sexually active and i said 'no', so he told me to continue the stretching and would see me again in 6 months time.
you see, the problem i have is that i could be sexually active whenever! i dont know when, nobody knows! it could happen at any time! i know it is within my reach at the moment, and its only natural.
my problem is that if i do have sex, i dont want to face embarrasment with this condition, oh and i have another one too (see next paragraph) - but if i was to get on an errection, while my foreskin was retracted behind the head, would the skin rip?, or maybe lead to 'paraphymosis' (which i heard is meant to be very serious and dealt with within a few hours).
i also have a lot of these little bumps around my genetals and up my penis. they aren't itchy,they dont hurt, they come in clusters, they are VERY unsightley! i have one or two at the underside toward the base of my penis that when squeesed, a bit of puss comes out of! COULD SOMEONE PLEASE, PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE IS A WAY TO GET RID OF THEM???? thanks,
i am concidering getting a circumcision but i dont know if i should or not. i dont want to suffer paraphymosis and if i got the foreskin removed, then the spots on the foreskin will go with it!
so, bottom line
- foreskin retractable to just beyond head of penis but very very tight.. god knows what it would be like on an erection!
-loads of little 'pearly' spots around genetals and up the penis i'd say in excess of 90 (both at the base of hairs and not) very unsightly.
if anyone could advise me as to what i should do, that would be greatly appreciated!

| Hi mate. Firstly, I think the spots may just be hair follicles, and are therefore perfectly natural and nothing to worry about. Secondly, I presume that you have no problems masturbating with your foreskin over the head of your penis (i.e. covering your plans)? Assumining that you don't have any problems, you will be able to have sex OK. I hope that you would use a condom. If you put the condom on with the skin forward, the condom will stop the skin retracting during sex. Practice using one when you masturbate, and you will see what I mean.
