Hi, I have some tightness in throat lately, it hasn’t been happening to me before. is it related to heart failure?

Hi, I have been sick a lot lately. maybe it is related to sinus infection, that I had a few weeks ago. My tonsils were swollen, and I had troubles in speaking, swallowing. Finally, I've developed a tightness in my throat. It is unpleasant, as it seems like there is something pressing against my throat when I swallow and talk. Maybe, it is some allergic reaction to any allergen, that I didn’t have before. My doctor couldn’t find the reason for this disorder.
