My chest hurts. I feel that tightness, a discomfort, better to say pain, all over my chest, between the neck and upper abdomen. So I can`t find the exact location of a pain. I fear of a heart attack. Sometimes I feel like I`m not getting enough of the air. Are those the symptoms of a heart attack?

Hi. There are many causes that could make you feel the tightness in your chest. Some causes of chest pain are mild, some very serious. Any organ in your chest, your heart, lungs, muscles, ribs, can be the source of pain. Anyway, some symptoms of a heart attack are tightness in the chest, when your pain radiates to your jaw or left arm, and when you have any dizziness or shortness of breath.
