Hello, I am having a tingling sort of "nervous/fear/guilt" like feel that goes in waves and waves. It concentrates or centralizes on my right testicle and I feel it all the way to my right kidney, at times I feel it going down the end of my penis. It is primarily on the right side only, so, right kidney, to right testicle, to right side of penis.
There is no sores, no marks, no warts, no moles, no "skin" irritation (this is internal), nothing visible, no discolouration, no burning, no sensations when I pee, no discharges.
This is causing me some serious worry. My mind dwells on it, I try not to think about it, but, I can't get the fears out of my head at this point becuase the internet is full of all this talk about scary STDs. This wavey tingly feeling is causing me to be unable to even think about sex or think sexually -- My penis is forced into retraction as if it doesn't want to come out of the body due to the irritation.
What could this be? |
