Hi, i was wondering if you could help.
About 6 weeks ago i started to get a strange sensation in the scrotum and testical area. It comes and goes but i feel it everyday. Like a tingle or very slight pins n needles. Also i pain in the testical area which feels like someones squeezing it. (Ive checked and no one is sqeezing it btw) I went to a doctor and he said there was nothing irregular about the area and I got tests done for gonorrea and chalmidiam, both came up negative. He asked me if i was stressed as this happens to men alot. he said most times this pain comes and goes. Any ideas what it could be. I hoped it would just go away but it hasnt. it hasnt got any worse. Its not exactly sore either. just irritating. Any ideas?

I agree that men could get strange sensations in their testicles but just anything strange about them should be evaluated by the professionals. It is good that you have done these tests, and that they are okay. Now I want to ask you a few questions?
Have you self-examined your testicles and noticed there is something different in this area? For example, is there a lump that you could feel under the fingertips> If so, is it firm or soft, is it mobile under the skin and is it painful?
Have you had any injuries of your testicles before? Even a minor injury could make it irritated and swollen. Have you noticed any swellings, by the way?
You know there is a condition called epididymitis, the inlamation of epididymis, which is the structure that stores sperm and sits on top of the testicle. This could cause pain in testicles, which become more tender and sensitive. If it is not treated, you may develop a chronic condition, so I think you should go back to your doctor and make him reconsider your case, maybe this time you will have more luck discovering what it really is. |

Thanks for gettin back to me Markos.
Still have the pain. its very annoying and seems to be gettin a bit worse. Cant find any lumps or anything irregular. I may have got a bang on them around the time i started feelin the pain but cant be sure. Could that be it? I have had this pain a long time and it still hasnt gone. Surely the pain would have come and gone? I think i will have to get back to the doctor see see if i can sort this out. I am moving abroad in a couple of months and I am very scared that this will effect the plans i have.

How old are you?
How frequent is the pain?
Have you seen that docter since the last reply?
If so, what did he say?

| i got the some feeling n im only 14 i dnt no if it is frm the sex or what but my nuts hurt really bad n i dnt want to the my grandmother |

| Ive been feeling tingling in my left testicule lately but I feel not pain...im not sure what it is it just feels alittle uncomfortable once in awhile...I dont feel any bumps or anything. |
