Hi, three months ago, I started having strange, tingling sensation in my back. Soon after that, a leg pain appeared too, and now I have both conditions. What could be causing them? Is it possible that they have the same cause?

Hi, it happened to me recently. I had Tingling Back And Leg Pain at the same time. They would usually appear and disappear together, so I suspected that they had the same cause. I went to doctor and told him about my problem. He examined me, but there was no obvious reason for my back tingling and leg pain. Then he asked me about my food habits, and suspected that I have lack of magnesium. I did a blood test, which confirmed the diagnose. I stated taking magnesium pills, and after a week, I felt improvement and relief. I didn’t have tingling back or leg pain any more. However, it doesn’t have to mean that you have the same cause as me. Maybe you pinched a nerve or have some other underlying cause. You should see a doctor .
