I have tingling sensation in my right arm and over the shoulder to the upper part of back. My neck is little sensitive and it hurts when I try to stretch. I‘ve been feeling like this for almost a week now. I don’t know what to do. Should I just keep calm of this requires medical attention?
Sometimes when neck muscles are strained, you may have numbness and tingling that spreads to your upper arm and it can spread. It sounds to me like you just strained muscle of neck and back. Numbness and tingling that spreads down the arm into the hand and fingers can be a symptom of a pinched nerve and it is more serious if it occurs in both arms or both hands rather than just one arm or one hand. I think you should call your doctor for checkup.
