Hi, I can feel some strange tingling in my genitals. This is not normal and hasn’t happened to me before. What could it be?

Hi, you didn’t really describe your condition, but from what you are saying I can guess it is some sexually transmitted disease. If your condition is local and not infecting other organs, you are probably having other manifestations such as pain, irritation, scratching. If you develop any genital warts, a white, cauliflower like structures, it means you are infected with HPV. Many people are affected and they don’t even know it, as they haven’t got any symptoms. Usually, Hpv stays in inactive form and sometimes it progresses to expressed form.
