Tingling, numb, and cold.... Ouch!!!!

I am experiencing tingling from my right inner thigh, and upper hind leg (right underneath my buttox)down my leg to my right foot , and on the very bottom of my foot. I feel a lot of discomfort in my toes as well.
It is really killing me ( metaphorically speaking) It feels like numbness and tingling both and I can't get any relief when I elevate my leg or stand up. I've tried to lay down and it hurts and throbs, tingles, and feels like it's not getting enough blood flow.
I'm like freaking out!!!! I've tried doing the shaking the leg to make it stop and it doesn't help. Ya think I need a Dr.?
I'm really stubborn when it comes to going to the Dr. I don't want to be labeled as a hypochondriac. Question Any clues of what is happening?
