Tingling legs and arms, not feeling well at the same time.

About a month ago I started having a tingling sensation in the legs and arms. And while I'm having these symptoms I am also having head dizzyness. My last job required that I stand in one place and assemble air compressor parts. I have read many of these threads and I found many of them very helpful, but I couldn't find one that had tingling in the arms and legs and also being dizzy in the same time. I did go to the doctor twice now and he took blood samples, but he told that there was nothing connected to diabetes or anything like that. Please help. Thank you.
