im having a problem where it feels like i constantly have to pee and every time i do, it creates a tingly feeling inside my vagina

what is wrong?

Hi,
I saw your question and was excited, because I too am getting the same thing. It doesn't burn, yet feels almost like a small orgasim of sorts.

Is anyone out there familiar with this??

I am 54, haven't had a hysterectomy. However, I have been diagnosed with HPV for the past 2 years. It looks like I will be headed to surgery soon. Is this a syptom?

I have the same thing! I don't know what it is. It's really irritating, and it's exactly what you said - a sort of mini orgasm or something. I think it may be psychosomatic for me. I have a phobia of contracting STDs (literally) and sometimes I think about it so much that symptoms actually appear.

I've also been diagnosed with HPV about 20 months ago. They haven't found anything cancerous though. I'm starting to think these orgasmic urinations are a side effect. The urge to go has become more frequently but sometimes it's just the feeling (really annoying).

HI! I'M 19 YEARS OLD AND I'VE BEEN HAVING THESE SYMPTOMS SINCE I WAS LITTLE (ALWAYS FEELS LIKE i HAVE TO PEE AND ORGASMIC LIKE FEELINGS WHEN I PEE) - VERY VERY ANNOYING!! THIS DOESNT HAPPEN ALL THE TIME FOR ME, ABOUT ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH... I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS A LOT! I'M WORRIED BECAUSE MY FIANCE WILL GET THESE SYMPTOMS TOO AND THEN SOON AFTER I GET THEM?? LET ME POINT OUT WE HAVE NEVER SLEPT WITH ANY OTHER PERSON!!!
