I have had this problem for about 1 year now. I have seen several urologists and family doctors, dermatologists. No one is able to treat what I have. I have been feeling tingling sensation on my testicle sac. After the tingling, I get a slight pinch followed by a sharp pain on my sac. 1 year ago I did have sex with 1 person but I did use a condom. I have been checked for all types of std’s many, many times and I have been swabbed with a cotton (cultures) many times. Thank god my HIV tests have been negative. I am going crazy over this. I have taken every single type of antibiotic out there. Including levaquin, droxycyclin, keflex, rocefen, flagy, the last expensive antibiotic was zyvox. The symptom kind of goes away but it eventually comes back. The treatment has been taken for no longer then I would say 8 days. I took all these within a year after going to several doctors.

The symptoms occur when I am driving. When I am sitting down. I notice the tingling happens when I am sitting down or relaxing. The pinch happens when I am standing up doing normal activity. When I stand still, I feel less of the symptoms. I have also noticed some slight pain on my abdomen area. My penis turns red sometimes also.

Also, I have had some pain on my penis. The tip hurts sometimes. I have seen many many doctors including a dermatologist now and they don’t see anything that would cause this problem. Its been a year now and it doesn’t go away. It is very annoying and I think I am going to have to live with this.

Can anyone help or has anyone experienced this?

This is a very perplexing situation....
Normally, my response to something like this would to instruct you to go to a specialist... but apparently that's out of the question.
Could it be (I'm just guessing because I really don't have a sure fire explanation) a pinched or damaged nerve/that area of nerves?

I really do apologize for not having a straight answer for you.

I have a tingly sensation followed by a pinch. Its getting better now. The urologist says there is nothing wrong with me. ALthogh I have not had an ultusound of something to check to see whats wrong in there as far as a damaged nerve. Is there something I can suggest the urologist to check? Maybe an ultrusound?

That is a good idea, I would suggest all you can. An ultrasound can't hurt, often then not doctors get on a mind set of "I'm right, there is no other explanation.". Research the symptoms and if you find anything close, get tested for it. One day or another, you'll find a solution Wink

I myself have had the problem for over 1 year too. I too am unable to find out what's wrong. Was put on numerous antibiotics and some other meds too. Any one knows what's wrong I/we would appreciate the info.
