I have these tiny bumps on the inside of my vaginal lips..I'm a virgin, And i havn't done anything sexual. Besides masturbation. I'm very embrassed to write this, Or to go to the doctors. I'm not sure what it is. Theres no family history or aid's or what not. And like i've said i'm not sexually active. What could this be?? Please help me!!

If you shave that area, they could be sebaceous cysts. That happens when your hair folicles get clogged with sweat, dirt, etc.. I've had that happen before. My dr. suggested that I wear cotton underwear, go commando a few times when I go to bed, and to not shave the downstairs alot. Just trim. If you do shave the area, shave in the direction of the hair growth and use a moisturizing soap.
