Tiny Pinpoint Dots on the sides of my forehead

I am 18 yrs old and over the past 3 days i have noticed that I have these tiny pinpoint dots on the sides of my forehead. I dont know what caused this but it sort of looks like a rash of somesort but it is not raised red dots. It is not very obvious to notice but i dont know what to do about it. Is it nothing to worry about, and what exactly is it?
