Tiny bump on right testicle

I am 15 yo and have a tiny pimple like bump on my right testicle.. i cant tell if its hard or soft because its so small... i did feel a little achyness for awhile but that went away only happens somtimes now... ive had it for about a year now and i dont seem to notice any change at all.. oh and there seems to be a small one next to it not really bump shaped more like a vein it is also very small cant tell any type of hardness or softness i never went to see a docter either but it seems to be fine im just wondering... anyone no what it is?
