Tiny object in throat, No pain, problems, etc..

Last year I felt something very small lodged in my throat. I wouldn't say its "a lump", because it feels extremely small. Well after a few days, it totally went away. I even forgot about it. Then yesterday (about a year later, it was back. --- Oh by the way, this object feels like its on the front of my throat and about an inch and 1/2 below my adams apple. Theres absoluely No pain or discomfort or anything. Its more annoying than anything. So after multiple attempts to clear my throat ... something DID come up. It was small enough to fit on my finger tip. tt was "ring" shaped, white, stringy, perfectly round ring shape. It almost looked like a piece of white dental floss. Now heres the kicker. I still feel the first thing I told you about in my throat. I know that the object that came out was definitley a piece of whatever is in my throat, but it wasn't all of it.

Here is some other info:

- I have no problems eating, drinking, swallowing, etc. (but I can feel it when I drink liquids) - but no pain.
- I have no pain anywhere.
- I can breath just fine.
- no coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc...

I feel perfectly normal.

do you see why I am so confused.. What could this be?

It sounds like blocked saliva glands. I get that periodically, usually during or after a cold. It feels like a tiny bit of popcorn stuck in your throat.
I press on the area surrounding the saliva glands to squeeze the rest of the gunk out, then gargle well with listerine.
