I have got tiny splinter like spots on the edge of the penis cap, and the cap looks a little wrinkled.these spots dont burst they are just there. I have never had sexual inter-course, and this has been showing on my penis before a couple of months. my penis is not sore or itchy. So im just curious of what are these tiny spots that i have got. if you can please help of more information on those spots.

yeh man wtf i got them as well im still trying to figure out what they are i i think ive had mine for about a year or more now but there is no problem with it its just there i dont know why
