It is my the ninth day after the conventional surgical hemorrhoidectomy. Now I felt a lot better. Thanks for the support and suggestions from these post. Here there are some tips from my side I want to share with others.
1. Find a surgeon with specialty in colorectal surgeon.
2. First 24 hours, you are going to suffer a lot pain. I only took thick rice soup (boil rice with plenty of water, make it thick and easy to digest) and fruit juice.
3. During the first week, I only ate vegetables, the whole wheat bread, rice, eggs and fruit. No meat, No cheese.
4. Use tee tree essential oil to help you deep clean the wound when you take the hot water bath.
5. Use a heating pad to ease the spasm.
