My girlfriend says her toes begin to cramp during sex, usually just prior to having an orgasm. Sometimes it is on one foot, sometimes both but occasionally it doesn't happen at all. Naturally, this takes away from her pleasure. This started about a year ago and she cannot think of anything that may have contributed to this. Any suggestions on the cause or the remedy?
