Hello,
I think I have tongue infection. I got my tongue pierced last wee and woman told me it will be swollen for a week and I won’t be able to talk… I’ll be eating just soups and liquid things… But now this week has passed and my tongue is still twice as big as normal. Is my tongue infected?

When getting tongue pierced, tongue is usually swollen for more than a week, maybe even 2 weeks or more… this is the “healthy” way.
There is another option- your tongue is denying piercing… piercing is like intruder and your tongue is repelling it with tongue infection. That is also possible. I think now is the time to visit doctor!
