Too Much Masterbation - Recharge

I have a question, somewhat similar to others. After being single for a while with a pornography addiction, I have been masterbating often. 2-3 times a day or 3-4 times a day. For a while. A long while. I noticed some changes in myself as far as getting and maintaining erections go. All things aside, if I refrain from masterbating will my body naturally replenish what I seem to have completely depleted. Will I return to normal?

Hi try not to worry to much, about the masterbation thing, as l think if you were having normal sex that much during one day, it would be hard to maintain a normal erection. You would have to be a superman

Not meant to offend yoy, but try not to get caught up in porn to much and self pleasure yourself, what about visiting the real world, and trying to find mutual partner. Lots of avenues to explore
