Too scared to pull back foreskin !!!

Hi ! I'm uncut and i saw an article that said if you pull back your foreskin
it will get stuck behind the head . I'm really scared since then and i'm 17 yrs now . It is not tight to pull but i am so very scared and i freak out even before i can pull it over the head !!!
Please advise.

when i was around 14, and was experimenting, i've pulled back over the head a few times and wasnt sure if i was meant to lol, it was pretty painful, but once you loose the erection its no problem
