Took an Ovulation test..... ADVICE needed

i just took an lh ovulation test. and it came up 2 lines. and they say you have a lh surge if the line is the same or darker. before when i was checking it wa sa very faint line if there was one. now this one is really distinct and is def there. does this mean if i have unprotected sex with my husband tonight and possibly tomorrow that i could possible conceive with good chances?? advice anyones

It is definately the most likely chance this month
