Took diflucan 2 days ago know burns when it I pee

I took diflucan 2 days ago believed to have a yeast infection. Today I have a burning sensation while peeing. Is this one of the side effects?? Is this normal or should I call my doctor

The most common side effects of Diflucan are nausea (if you took more than one dose), diarrhea, headache, abdominal pain or dizziness.
I think you misdiagnosed yourself and that you probably have some kind of bacterial infection and not yeast. Burning while peeing is the most common symptom of the bacterial infections of the urinary tract. It could be an infection of the bladder or urethra.
But it could also be a sexually transmitted disease. I would suggest you saw an urologist or a gynecologist and had appropriate tests to figure out what the real problem may be. Bacteria can be really nasty sometimes and the sooner they are treated and expelled from the body, the better.
