Torn in vagina

I have a little torn or scratch on top of where we do intercourse. I think it is in the vestibul. Plus, when having sex, i feel a burning pain in the walls of my vagina and my anus hurts. This is so weird. It is vaginal penetration but my anus hurts. PLEASE HELP!!
