Tossing and turning every night

Hi there! I believe that I have all annoying symptoms of menopause. My doctor has prescribed me HRT but I have not started because my fear of possible complications. However, I think that worse of all is wake up a lot are you Tossing and turning every night and feel really sore on the side your lying on. What is your experience?

Oh my God! I am reading this and I feel happy that someone is having the same problem as I do. I believe that is result of the hot flashes occurrences. Those tossing and turning last all night leaving me awake all night and tiredness during the days that comes. My doctor has recommended HRT and I am starting it first in the morning.
