Touching the head of penis painful!

I am an 18 year old male that is not circumcised. I first pulled down the foreskin of my penis when I was around 13 and what I noticed was it hurt when I touched it. The colour was bluish-purplish on the sides and on the back side of the head. The front was normal looking. I thought it was just some kind of phase, but until this day, it still looks like that and it hurts like hell when I touch it. What should I do?

You need to go to a doctor and get that checked out. I used to date an uncircumsized man and it never hurt him when he pulled back his foreskin, I don't believe that is normal.
