What are Tramadol and Guaifenex effects? I have just heard a friend talking about those meds and how he took them and felt great. I was pissed that he used those at all, but I know that he likes to exaggerate, so there is possibility that those did not have any effects at all, that he is just bragging. Is it possible? He is 21 years old, and I would hate to see him messed up because of his stupidity.

Well, if he is 21, he should take responsibility for his action himself. It is nice that you care for him, though. Just dont take what he takes, ok? As for Tramadol, it is a pain reliever, and perhaps he could feel some dizziness from it. Nothing more. Guaifenex is just used for cold so I guess he is exaggerating. Anyway, if you are concerned for him, talk to him, please. I know several people who started like this and ended up on heavy drugs. Dont let that happen to him, if you can.
